Linework Business Games, an innovative recruitment format designed for young people, replaces traditional selection phases with interviews. Through a day of contests, participants have the opportunity to showcase their talents by tackling specially created business cases tailored to meet different recruitment needs, while also getting to know the staff and the company dynamics. Linework Business Games aims to promote a strong cultural message about current recruitment practices: despite the general trend towards placing a strong emphasis on formal education and work experience, Linework wants to emphasize the importance of the individual and their unique qualities in adding value to the development of the entire work system. On the first of December, Linework organized business games to select the best recruits on the market. Organized into 5 sections.  the candidates were invited to a sublime setting in the heart of Milan to participate in a staging around specific cases and demonstrate their ability to adapt. 3 candidates out of 46 were selected at the end of this business game, bringing together the most specialized profiles and adapted to the Linework ecosystem.
