MBA Executive

We are looking a MBA Executive, who will be responsible for developing and implementing the overall sales plan and strategy for the profitable expansion and retention of Linework. Sets sales goals and direction for the business segment. He/she integrates sales efforts with product development and client service requirements. He/she is responsible for developing and implementing an integrated approach and sales program with corporate and commercial partners to expand targeted client relationships.

This position may also have responsibilities for managing associates. At Linework, all managers at this level demonstrate the following responsibilities.

  • Financial Steward: he/she efficiently allocates and manages resources across the organization to drive short and long term profitability.
  • Enterprise Talent Leader: he/she inspects and manages the health of the bench to ensure succession for the organization, while supporting enterprise talent needs.
  • Driver of Business Outcomes: he/she mobilizes organizational resources to deliver the full range of the bank’s capabilities to meet client needs and to gain competitive advantage.

Skills & Knowledge:

  • 5-10 years of management experience
  • Experience managing large geography and multi-state teams
  • Proactively builds trusted relationships with key partners/clients
  • Ability to be a change agent and work in a fast paced environment
  • Experience managing region strategy and controlling a budget
  • Can quickly learn partner’s business, priorities and challenges and execute
  • Can attract, recruit and retain an effective management team
  • Exercises good judgment and experience to make timely and effective decisions
  • Projects enthusiasm, optimism, and determination
  • Communicates clearly and effectively at all levels
  • Communicates strategic business plans and tactical goals to team members
  • Travel required among Italy, France and USA
  • Native/Bilingual English skills: mandatory
  • Native/Bilingual French skills: mandatory
  • Native/Bilingual Italian skills: nice to have
