AI Engineer & Algorithms

We are looking for smart, proactive and professional AI engineer, who will be in charge to develop our company’s strategy around leveraging AI to reduce costs and improve internal business practices and processes of Linework App. This position will report directly to the Head of IT Department.

You will partner with internal stakeholders to review existing workflows and identify opportunities to inject AI into said processes. You will partner with senior leadership to quantify and plan those improvements. You will implement those improvements with engineering and operations team resources.

Accountabilities:

  • Act as subject matter expert for all IT AI efforts;
  • Assist partner teams in improving their workflows by introducing AI tools as needed;
  • Develop overall corporate strategies for the utilization of AI for non-deterministic workloads;
  • Some initial efforts could include:
    • Partner with the IT Security team to identify opportunities to utilize ML to help in incident response and classification;
    • Partner with the Marketing team to identify opportunities to optimize cost via ML-based content generation;
    • Partner with the HelpDesk team to automate routine responses and drive routine issue remediation via ML and AI automation;
    • Partner with Analytics teams to identify opportunities to utilize ML/AI in detecting data anomalies and/or complex trends;
    • Partner with the Prior Authorization team to identify opportunities to leverage ML/AI in extracting data points from incoming faxed PA requests, to drive automation and reduce manual review time;

Skills & Knowledge:

  • 5+ years of experience in applying AI to practical and comprehensive technology solutions;
  • Experience with program leadership, governance, and change enablement.
  • Experience with cloud environments.
  • Knowledge of complex algorithms, object-oriented and functional design principles, and best practice patterns.
  • Ability to work in cross-functional teams.
  • Extreme attention to detail and highly organized.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • Native/Bilingual English skills: mandatory.
