We are looking for a proactive and experienced AI Engineer & Algorithms to lead the development and implementation of AI-based solutions to reduce costs and improve internal business processes at Linework. Accountabilities
- Serve as the subject matter expert for all AI initiatives within the IT department.
- Assist partner teams in enhancing workflows through the integration of AI tools.
- Develop and execute corporate strategies for AI-based solutions in non-deterministic workloads.
- Identify and implement AI opportunities, including:
- IT Security: Use machine learning to enhance incident response and classification.
- Marketing: Optimize costs through ML-based content creation.
- HelpDesk: Automate routine responses and resolve common issues using AI.
- Analytics: Detect data anomalies and complex patterns with ML/AI.
- Prior Authorization: Extract data from faxed PA requests to automate and reduce manual review time.
Description
At Linework, we are seeking a strategic and experienced AI Engineer & Algorithms to enhance our business efficiency through the implementation of AI and machine learning (ML) solutions. This role involves partnering with various teams across the organization to identify opportunities where AI can optimize workflows, automate responses, and improve decision-making processes.
You will be responsible for creating and executing AI strategies to reduce costs and enhance performance across multiple departments, including security, marketing, support, and data analysis. Reporting directly to the Head of the IT Department, you will act as the key expert on AI within the company, collaborating with senior leadership to quantify and implement improvements.

Skills & Knowledge
- Experience: 5+ years of applying AI to real-world technology solutions.
- Leadership: Proven experience in program leadership, governance, and change management.
- Cloud: Strong knowledge of cloud-based environments.
- Algorithms: Expertise in complex algorithms, object-oriented design, and functional design principles.
- Collaboration: Ability to work effectively across cross-functional teams.
- Attention to Detail: Highly organized with an eye for detail.
- Communication: Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- English Proficiency: Native/Bilingual English skills are mandatory.
