Linework STAKING TERMS
PLEASE READ THIS SECTION CAREFULLY. IF YOU ARE IN ANY DOUBT AS TO THE ACTION YOU SHOULD TAKE, YOU SHOULD CONSULT YOUR LEGAL, FINANCIAL, TAX, OR OTHER PROFESSIONAL ADVISOR(S). THIS IS FOR INFORMATION PURPOSES ONLY AND MAY BE SUBJECT TO CHANGE.

Linework is committed to maintaining a culture of integrity, transparency and compliance with all applicable laws, regulations and ethical standards. This policy outlines our approach to identifying, assessing, managing, and mitigating risks across our operations.
1. Eligibility & Access
By accessing or using the Linework USDT Staking Program, you confirm that you are at least eighteen (18) years old or the age of majority in your jurisdiction, whichever is higher. You further represent and warrant that you have the full legal capacity and authority to enter into binding agreements under applicable laws and that you are not a person or entity prohibited from using the services under the laws of your jurisdiction, international sanctions, or any regulatory restrictions applicable to Linework.
You agree not to use the staking services if you are located in or a citizen or resident of any jurisdiction where participation in staking or digital asset services is prohibited by law, regulation, or government policy. Linework reserves the right to deny access to any user at its sole discretion and without prior notice.
2. Program Description:
The Linework USDT Staking Program (“the Program”) enables users to stake their USDT tokens via fixed-term pools, in exchange for a time-based Annual Percentage Yield (APY). The available lock-up periods may include, but are not limited to, 7 days, 30 days, 90 days, and 180 days.
Participation in the Program requires users to transfer USDT to Linework’s controlled staking infrastructure. Linework may use its discretion to allocate pooled assets to internal or external yield-generating mechanisms, including, but not limited to, liquidity protocols, lending systems, or interest-bearing custodial accounts.
The estimated APYs are subject to change based on market conditions, platform risks, and strategic allocation decisions. Users acknowledge and accept that staking yields are not guaranteed and that returns may fluctuate or be adjusted without prior notice. Rewards are accrued and distributed upon completion of the lock period, unless interrupted by user actions or compliance reviews.
In the case of early withdrawal, users may lose part or all accrued yield, and penalty fees may apply as outlined in the platform’s policy.
3. Account Responsibility:
Users are solely responsible for the security and confidentiality of their Linework account credentials, including username, password, two-factor authentication (2FA), and associated wallets. Any activity conducted through your account is deemed to have been authorized by you unless proven otherwise to the satisfaction of Linework.
You agree to immediately notify Linework of any unauthorized use of your account or any other breach of security. Linework is not liable for any loss or damage resulting from your failure to maintain the security of your credentials or comply with this provision.
Account sharing, impersonation, multiple account creation, or any fraudulent activity will result in immediate suspension, investigation, and possible reporting to authorities. Linework reserves the right to freeze or close accounts that are found to be in breach of its terms or under investigation.
4. Term & Termination:
This agreement is effective from the moment you opt into the staking service and remains in effect until the user-initiated or platform-initiated termination of service.
Linework reserves the right, in its sole discretion, to modify, suspend, or terminate the Program at any time. This includes, but is not limited to, the right to change reward rates (APYs), staking periods, eligibility requirements, and withdrawal conditions. In such cases, Linework will make reasonable efforts to notify users in advance through email, in-app notifications, or public updates.
In the event of service termination, users will retain rights to their principal balance and any earned rewards, subject to the successful completion of compliance reviews, lock-up conditions, and applicable withdrawal processes.
Users may voluntarily terminate their participation by withdrawing their funds upon lock-up completion or, if permitted, through early withdrawal procedures, understanding the consequences thereof. Continued use of the staking service following any amendment to these Terms constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
