Accountabilities
- Design and develop blockchain-based applications, smart contracts, and decentralized protocols using Ethereum and similar platforms.
- Collaborate with the development team to create innovative solutions aligned with the Web3.0 vision.
- Develop both front-end and back-end components of decentralized applications, ensuring a seamless user experience.
- Integrate decentralized identity, governance, and data storage solutions into our systems.
- Conduct code reviews, write unit tests, and ensure adherence to code quality and security best practices.
- Stay informed on the latest blockchain and Web3.0 advancements, incorporating insights into your work.
- Define technical requirements in collaboration with product managers, designers, and stakeholders.
- Participate in community discussions and contribute to open-source blockchain projects.
Description
We are seeking a talented and experienced Blockchain & Web3 Engineer to design, develop, and deploy innovative blockchain solutions that enhance trust, security, and transparency. In this role, you will collaborate with cross-functional teams to create decentralized applications and systems that transform business models and user experiences within the Linework App.
You will leverage blockchain and Web3 principles to drive decentralization and empower users through secure and efficient solutions. Your expertise in smart contracts, decentralized identity, and data privacy will be instrumental in shaping the future of Linework’s platform. This position reports directly to the Head of IT Department.
Skills & Knowledge
- Education: Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field. A Master’s degree is a plus.
- Experience: 5+ years of blockchain development experience, with a portfolio demonstrating contributions to decentralized projects.
- Technical Proficiency: Expertise in blockchain platforms (Ethereum, Binance Smart Chain, etc.) and token standards (ERC-20, ERC-721).
- Web3 Knowledge: Familiarity with decentralized identity, data privacy, and interoperability.
- Coding Skills: Experience with front-end (React, Vue.js) and back-end development.
- Security: Solid understanding of cryptography and security best practices.
- Problem Solving: Strong analytical skills and ability to design complex decentralized systems.
- Collaboration: Excellent communication and teamwork skills to work across cross-functional teams.
- Community Engagement: Contribution to open-source projects or blockchain communities (GitHub, forums, etc.).
- Language: Native/Bilingual English skills are mandatory.
