Accountabilities
- Diversity & Inclusion Champion: Promote an inclusive work environment by breaking down barriers and supporting Linework's diversity and inclusion goals.
- Manager of Process & Data: Challenge and improve end-to-end process efficiency and champion data-driven decision-making to optimize operations.
- Enterprise Advocate & Communicator: Align team efforts with Linework’s strategic goals and effectively communicate business objectives and successes.
- Risk Manager: Oversee and strengthen risk controls, governance, and culture to identify and mitigate risks promptly.
- People Manager & Coach: Develop and motivate the team to drive performance, ensuring talent development and differentiation for pay-for-performance culture.
- Financial Steward: Efficiently allocate and manage resources to drive both short-term and long-term profitability.
- Enterprise Talent Leader: Manage and strengthen the talent pipeline to ensure business continuity and support enterprise talent needs.
- Driver of Business Outcomes: Mobilize organizational resources to meet client needs and deliver a competitive advantage.
Description
We are seeking a highly skilled MBA Executive to lead Linework’s sales strategy and drive business expansion. In this role, you will be responsible for setting and executing a comprehensive sales plan to enhance profitability and strengthen client retention. You will work closely with product development and client service teams to create integrated sales programs targeting corporate and commercial partners.
The MBA Executive will be tasked with managing a multi-state sales territory and building a strong team to support business objectives. This position requires a strategic thinker with strong leadership skills, financial acumen, and the ability to build trusted relationships with key partners and clients.

Skills & Knowledge
- Experience: 5–10 years of management experience, preferably in a sales leadership or executive role.
- Geographic Management: Proven experience managing large, multi-state teams and sales territories.
- Strategic Thinking: Ability to quickly understand business priorities and execute effective strategies.
- Client Relationship: Builds and maintains trusted relationships with key partners and clients.
- Leadership: Strong ability to attract, recruit, and retain a high-performing management team.
- Change Management: Demonstrated ability to lead change and operate effectively in a fast-paced environment.
- Decision-Making: Uses sound judgment and experience to make timely, effective decisions.
- CCommunication: Excellent ability to communicate strategic business plans and tactical goals to all levels of the organization.
- Financial Oversight: Experience managing budgets and driving cost-effective operations.
- Language Skills:
- Native/Bilingual English skills: Mandatory
- Native/Bilingual French skills: Mandatory
- Native/Bilingual Italian skills: Nice to have
- Travel: Ability to travel across Italy, France, and the USA as needed.
