How Staking Works ?
When you stake USDT through the Linework App, your funds are pooled and allocated across carefully selected DeFi and CeFi platforms to generate yield. Allocation decisions are made and managed directly by Linework. We use internally managed strategies to optimize returns and reduce exposure, but we do not guarantee specific results or returns.
Reward Tiers and Estimated Yields
Staking rewards are offered as Annual Percentage Yields (APY) and depend on the lock period selected. Longer lock periods generally offer higher APYs.

Lock Periods & Early Withdrawal
When staking USDT, you commit your tokens for a specified lock duration. During this time:
- Tokens are inaccessible for withdrawal or transfer
- Interest accrues based on the lock terms selected
Early withdrawal is possible but may result in:
- Loss of all or part of earned interest
- Early termination fee (typically 1.5% of staked amount)
- Tokens are inaccessible for withdrawal or transfer
Custody and Security
Your staked USDT is held and managed by Linework. Funds are not passed to third-party custodians. Instead, Linework itself allocates the capital to pre-vetted DeFi/CeFi platforms.
Although Linework retains control and custody of the staked funds, staking inherently involves external platform risk, such as:
- Smart contract vulnerabilities
- Platform downtime or default
- Depegging of stablecoins or market fluctuations
Linework conducts thorough due diligence and applies internal risk controls, but cannot fully eliminate these risks.

Compliance & Documentation
To comply with international KYC (Know Your Customer) and AML (Anti-Money Laundering) standards, users may be required to submit:
- A government-issued ID
- A selfie with ID for identity verification
- Proof of source of funds (e.g., bank statement, exchange receipts)
- Transaction history showing how USDT was acquired
Failure to provide valid documentation may result in delays, rejected withdrawals, or account restrictions.
Linework reserves the right to request further documents at any time to meet legal or regulatory requirements.

Reward Distribution & Payouts
- Rewards begin accruing from the time of staking confirmation
- Payout of principal + earned rewards occurs after the full lock period
- All payouts are made in USDT, and may be subject to final compliance approval
- Users can track accrued rewards in real time through the Linework App
For early withdrawals, any eligible rewards will be recalculated or forfeited based on lock terms and withdrawal timing.
Eligibility & Jurisdiction
The staking program may not be available in all jurisdictions. It is the responsibility of each user to ensure that participation is permitted under their local laws.
Linework reserves the right to block access or suspend accounts where required by regulation or compliance policy.
Changes to the Program
Linework reserves the right to:
- Modify APYs, lock durations, or tier structures
- Suspend or discontinue the staking program
- Adjust terms to comply with regulatory requirements
Any material changes will be announced via the Linework App or official communication channels.
